01 — Why I do this
Movement, family rituals, and community taught me to tune into myself long before I had words for it. I build beauty, wellness, and personal care products that do the same, so people feel cared for, not just sold to.

02 — What I do
each one needs the other two ↘
01
I start with people. User research, usability testing, and concept design that turn messy needs into clear, testable products.

03 — How I got here
p.1
I grew up doing the splits in the living room. Gymnastics, taekwondo, yoga, and Pilates taught me to listen to my body long before I had words for it.
p.2
At home, wellness looked like hair oiling, natural remedies, and drawing muggulu with my grandmother.
p.3
The rest of my time I was on wheels, at the sewing machine, or bent over a puzzle until the last piece clicked.
p.4
Curiosity about how people take care of themselves led me to premed, then to clinical work as a medical scribe, medical assistant, and pharmacy technician.
public health + bio + data
p.5
Public health, with minors in biology and data science. Then patient enrollment at a digital health company, where I learned what makes people actually show up for their care.
building the things people use
p.6
I realized I wanted to build the things people use to care for themselves. Now I’m finishing my MBS in Product Design at Rutgers.
I still approach every product like a puzzle. I keep going until the pieces fit, for the people who’ll use it.

A jewelry-style fitness wearable and companion app, researched by a 4-person team.
Fitness wearables are usually designed like gadgets. We wanted to know what changes when the tracker is something you'd actually want to wear, like jewelry, and whether the companion app keeps up.
We surveyed 50 potential users about how they set and track goals, then ran task-based usability tests with 20 participants on the companion app.
The task people rated highest had the lowest success rate (85%).
People loved goal setting, but they kept stumbling through it. That gap between how people feel about a flow and how they actually perform in it became the brief for a redesigned goal flow.
A redesigned goal-setting flow that's grounded in observed behavior rather than self-reported preference.

Tradition and science in the same conversation, literally.
Many people grow up with herbal, Ayurvedic, and traditional remedies. Few have a way to check whether those remedies are safe alongside the medications they take.
A wellness app concept that pairs traditional remedies with clear caution notes and medication-interaction flags. It respects where a remedy comes from and is honest about the risks.
A diary study plan to see how people actually reach for remedies day to day, and whether the flags change what they do.

A commercialization strategy for sustainable personal care ingredients.
A sustainable ingredient needs a clear path into a crowded personal care market.
I led a cross-functional team of six externs and ran weekly stakeholder meetings with the founders and advisors. I built and maintained a 300+ SKU competitive landscape database to benchmark positioning and find whitespace.
Quantitative and qualitative market research on ingredient trends and regulatory dynamics to shape the go-to-market strategy.

Taking a patented wound-healing film to market as a B2B bandage for diabetic foot ulcers.
Diabetic foot ulcers are a serious, costly, and often slow-healing condition. A patented wound-healing film could change how they're treated, if it reaches the right buyers.
The market, competitive, and regulatory sections of the business plan and investor pitch, positioning the film as a B2B bandage product.

Making it easier for people to show up for their nutrition care.
I redesigned 4 standard operating procedures, and the team booking rate rose from 10% to 36% in three months.
I built and tested two CRM features. The first matches dietitians to patients by age, visit reason, and insurance. The second is a Google Calendar integration that syncs follow-ups and flags conflicts.
I optimized website SEO so the company ranks first on Google for “nutritionist,” and used Claude's skills feature to automate routine performance reporting.

I guided a cross-disciplinary team through iterative design sprints, tracking milestones and tasks in Jira across design, engineering, and content.
I analyzed survey and focus group data from 200+ users and built Tableau visualizations that shaped product features and roadmap priorities.
I ran A/B tests on UX designs to guide the engagement strategy.
